Wonderfully comfortable place, you know. Liked bathroom with a bathtub
Hotel is GREAT and very clean. I tried some nice meals at Nine Mile Grill, located right next to the venue.
I think the street was too noisy.
Hotel was very clean, free Wi Fi. We were in a king room with cable TV, coffee and tea making equipment, and a work desk. They provided good choice of fresh choices for breakfast that was included. Shuttle service was a nice touch.
We chose Fairfield Inn because of its close proximity to the Mall of America. The hourly shuttle to the mall was very convenient and the driver very friendly.
The room rate was high, but we overlooked that because of the mall. For the price, the room could have had more amenities...small refrigerater, hand/body lotion.
The breakfast area was very crowded, but it was nice to be able to grab a quick breakfast.
The parking lot was filled to capacity, but it didn't affect us. I would have liked printed information in our room that showed restaurants/things to do in close proximity to the hotel. I know the mall has everything, but we were looking for something outside of the mall.
Fridge did not work, sink inside bathroom only, small bedside table with no table top outlet, not enough seating for breakfast with long lines and wait time!
We liked the generous breakfast with great variety. We liked the helpful desk attendants and cleaning staff.
Very close to the Mall of America and the pool hours were great since most of the day was spent at the mall. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The man at breakfast was very nice and quick. The little snack store.
Very noisy from the airplanes and a lot of little children. No parking spots at night. My son found hairs on his clean towel.
Pool crowded lots of kids bouncing between pool and jacuzzi
Airplanes were loud but my fault for booking so close to airport.
during breakfast the staff was very nice made you feel like you were home in your kitchen.
the ice machine was broken on the third floor 4/17/15 -4/20/15
We went to Mall of America and it was walking distance. Loved the breakfast.
That I didn't book a second night at this hotel. Instead we went to Radisson our second night for the waterpark and that was a nightmare. I already gave them a bad review.
Perfect location for the Mall of America. Rooms were comfortable and the continental breakfast was very good... Much more upscale than many others. Appreciated the fact that we didn't even have to drive once we were there. The shuttle took us back and forth.
The bathrooms are tiny, and only one of the rooms we booked had a mini refrigerator. Was unsure why we paid the same rate, but didn't get one.
Everything was great about the hotel facilities and location.
Staff were not friendly when we arrived and did not let us know the Mall of America pick up was in a new location. Left stranded for some time. Ended up having to walk back to the hotel.
